Please allow 3-4 days for postage using Royal Mail.
Note: International postage rates will apply and be added to your final cost should you purchase my products outside the UK.
Whilst Jersey is exempt from UK VAT, UK residents are liable to pay VAT of 20% on any imports from outside the EU. To save customers time and money (UK customs/Royal Mail withhold orders and charge £8 for a letter informing that VAT is due). Jersey Post allows VAT to be paid at the time of posting. All prices on this site are including 20% VAT. Channel Islands residents can use code JRD20 to remove the VAT from their orders.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you're not happy with your purchase then a 14 day return policy applies with a full refund on receipt of item in the original condition and packaging. Return postage is at buyer's cost, and it is advisable to obtain proof of posting as lost items cannot be refunded.
If the item is faulty/damaged, please email as soon as possible and return within 7 days in original packaging, plus proof of postage for a full refund or exchange.
