​Whilst Jersey is exempt from UK VAT, UK residents are liable to pay VAT of 20% on any imports from the island.
Channel Islands residents can use code JRD20 to remove the VAT from their orders.

Creative Cottage will not be held responsible for local taxes or custom charges on receipt of your items.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you're not happy with your purchase then a 7day return policy applies with a full refund on receipt of item in the original condition and packaging.
Return postage is at buyer's cost, and it is advisable to obtain proof of posting as undelivered/ post items cannot be refunded.​
If the item is faulty/damaged, please email as soon as possible with an image and return within 7 days in original packaging, plus proof of postage for a full refund or exchange.
